I was dressed and ready and decided to watch a few minutes of the Today show. MISTAKE.
They were airing a piece on mothers buying breast milk online from strangers. This dumb young mother was SHOCKED that the breast milk she bought was contaminated with staph, e coli, and god knows what else.
Then I saw the same news of the same study in the New York Times.
Seriously?
Aren't all children told at some point by a parent or educator not to talk to strangers and not to take candy from strangers? And you as a parent, as a mother, are going to buy breast milk from a stranger?
I am shocked. We live in a nation with some really, really ignorant people.
