It was a scorcher this weekend in New York City. The poor tourists were paralyzed. Every where I went, there they were. Standing in the middle of the sidewalk, intersection or aisle. Just standing. Don't mind me, I'll just walk around you.
How do I know they were tourists? The men were wearing socks and sandals and the women had on visors. It was a sight. β
Now that it's Monday, the rain has come, the temperature has dropped, and everyone has gone home. We βcan continue. I suspect the next batch tourists will unload Thursday. Socks and all.
