SINGAPORE - August 4: Eight hours of sleep meant I was ready to lace-up for a run this morning. Four miles from the condo up to the Botanical Gardens. I have to admit I got lost on one of the trails. It was dark! Back to the gym for some weight training and then breakfast. Now at the office ready to face the day.Confession time: Jakarta is not really a place for runners. I was scheduled to run 8 miles on Saturday and 4 yesterday. I only ran two miles on the treadmill on Saturday. I'll catch up.
