Yesterday felt a little like race day. Lots of running around - taxis, subway.
First stop - a baby shower in Brooklyn. A real baby shower. Food was served. Gifts were opened. Lots of ooohhs and aawwhhss. There was cake. I love the parents-to-be, and know they will be incredible parents.
Then dinner with Traci and Drew. We couldn't be in Austin for Jarret's 40th, so we had our own celebration in NYC. Multiple stops downtown. Good laughs.
