Really? That's All?

That was a blizzard? I feel like it sorta just snowed.
Here's what I think happened. The NYC weather folks got really jealous of
the big snow storm in D.C., and so not to be outdone, they hyped up this winter
storm, and everyone joined in the fun. And then we got sent home.
We probably didn't need to be sent home, and I'm certainly not complaining.
But we probably could've stayed. And to any of those folks I knocked down in
the hall as I raced to get in the first elevator outta here, I apologize.
Now it's Thursday, the sun is shining. The sidewalks have some icy patches,
and tomorrow's Friday.
