5:15 a.m. - I woke up before my alarm and thought I'd just close my eyes for a few more minutes. When I woke up again, I thought that "15 minutes" had really been great. It should have been. Because it was 6:20 a.m. I sprung out of bed, got dressed, and was out the door. I was in the gym by seven and sped through my workout. And now that I'm in my office, I've read the paper, had some coffee, scanned some blogs and magazines, and peaked at my e-mail.
It's 9 a.m.
Now I'm wondering why I'm in such a hurry. I've got the whole day ahead of me.
Slow it down.
