Some A-hole hacked into my e-mail account this morning and sent a spam message.
Now I understand why the computer geeks call it "spam." When I opened my e-mail account this morning and saw all of the bounce-back messages, I said "What the hell is this?" (Just like when you open a can of that nasty meat.)
So readers, if you received a message from me at 4:57 a.m. with no subject, I'm sorry. Please delete that message. And if you didn't get my apology that followed, I'm sorry again. I'm going to shut down that earthlink account. E-mail me on my NYU or me.com accounts.
It was sad to hear about the death of Steve Jobs. I watched a lot of the coverage last night, and it was amazing to take a look back at all of those products he developed. I'm happy to say that I've used most of them.
Mr. Jobs was a smart man who made things simple and fun. We should all strive for that.
