Whew. It's hard to know which worked harder this weekend: my air conditioner or my television. It certainly wasn't me. I had the laziest weekend ever. I'm blaming it on the oppressive humidity.
The vacation is over, and today I'm recommitting. I was in the gym at 6 a.m. I bought new vitamins, and I'm hydrating with water rather than coffee and Diet Coke. No more chips. And I promise that I'm going to stop bitching about the weather.
I'm also going to pretend that I'm not already completely annoyed with my office neighbor who insists on listening to her voicemail on speakerphone.
