About 18 hours later, I'm in Warsaw, and at first glance, I'm giving the city two thumbs up. I'll even put it on my list of places I'd visit again on my dollar.
People are friendly. They're happy. It's clean. And there's a ton of history here. I can't report on the history at the moment, but I will tell you that it was very sobering to see the memorial where the people were executed by the Nazis. There must be spots like that all over the city.
Here's a look at my first hour in Warsaw. I'll read up, get out there again, and show you more, but first, I need to kick this major travel hangover.
