Tuesday, 9 p.m. Changi International Airport, Singapore -- The storm cleared about 7:25 this morning. I believe it was headed toward Mumbai. Funny, the weather was nice, too. And my day was full of R&R.

I had dinner last night with Colin and Claudine. It's always fun to go out with them because they take me to hawker stands for authentic Singaporean food.. We ate an oyster omelette, carrot cake (not sweet like in US), chili crab, a soup with prawns, and maybe something else. So much food...and so good. Turned out that a friend from New York also was in Singapore on business. We met for a drink. It's funny -- we live six blocks from each other, and I haven't seen him in over a year. We had to both be in Singapore to meet up.
I had lunch today with Scott followed by a quick nap and then on to meet my colleagues for high tea. I'm not a tea drinker, but I'm never one to shy away from a buffet. I made myself at home, and I think I went through four times. Just wait -- the plates were small. The food was tiny. And we had big laughs about all of the things that happen at work.
I said goodbye to my friends at the St. Regis, and now I'm at the airport again. Next stop: Warsaw with a stop at London Heathrow. I should surface again in about 15 hours. Stay tuned.
