Hi.

Welcome to my blog.

I SMELL

My clothes smell. And I smell. I knew that before I started home, and I warned the friends that I saw on Wednesday night after I got off the plane. They denied it. But I knew that I did.

I put my suitcase in the bathroom. I opened the window and shut the door. I went to the gym to sweat it out. I changed deodorant. And I replaced my toothbrush. I ran this morning in heavier clothes than normal. Just for the sweat factor. I've blown my nose and actually tried to wash the inside of my nose. I can't get rid of it.

On my way to work I dropped off my laundry at the dry cleaners. Two suits. Eight shirts. And 18 pounds of other stuff.

Do you know what that sweet Korean lady said to me?

"I smell my country."

Kam-sah-ham-ni-da, which is Korean for thank you. I knew I could trust her.
