Sunday was a day full of R&R - rain and relaxation. Lots of rain.
Around three, I headed down to TriBeCa to attend my first Sip N' See. High up in this beautiful apartment, we sipped on champagne and saw baby Elizabeth, my friend Eck Meng's new little bundle. They'll be heading home to Singapore tomorrow, and it was the perfect send off. And interestingly enough, there were three people from Texas, one from Alabama, and another from Louisiana there to toast our Singaporean friends. Apparently Sip N' See is a southern thing. None of us had heard of it, but we all agreed it's the way baby showers should be held.
Now it's Monday. And the perfect way to start the day? Six knuckleheads are here to change the lightbulbs in the office. Six of them. Like bulls in a china closet. Why so loud?
